At Druthers Cafe & Catering, our passion is serving specialty gourmet sandwiches and burgers, a variety of healthy salads, homemade soups and delectable desserts made with only the freshest ingredients.  Our catering menu is a variety of breakfast and lunch offerings…from hearty sunshine casserole, fresh ground coffee by the gallon and sweet pastry trays to homemade lasagna, gourmet sandwich platters and taco bars, there is something for every business meeting or luncheon.  Our foods are prepared from scratch daily, no preservatives here!  We bring a fresh, homemade-gourmet perspective to the usual lunch fare in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. 

We are now open for breakfast at both locations (7:30-2:00).  An array of pastries, bagels, hot breakfast sandwiches, quiche and casseroles await hungry customers!  We offer free delivery within a limited area of our two cafés and citywide delivery for a reasonable delivery fee.  Our newest location is in downtown San Antonio near the riverwalk.  Come and taste the Druthers Difference today!

Visit our downtown or medical center locations and try our most popular Unforgettable Druthers Sandwich with turkey, cream cheese, mayo, bacon, sprouts, tomato and avocado on multigrain bread with a side of our homemade Creamy Tomato Basil soup—if you are counting calories, our Cranberry Almond Salad topped with blue cheese, cranberries, and toasted almonds or our signature Tarragon Chicken Salad served on a bed a greens with our own Balsalmic Viniagrette makes the perfect healthy meal!  Complete your Druthers experience with our Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Bars—a customer favorite. 

If you require catering services, our Sunshine Casserole is the perfect start to any day—sauteed ham, bacon, bell peppers and onions are layered with thinly-sliced potatoes, cheese and egg.  Add a fresh cut fruit tray, freshly ground coffee and breakfast is served!  Pasta Katrine is a hit with everyone—penne pasta, fresh tomatoes, spinach and chicken tossed in a garlic-butter wine sauce.  Order the meal buffet and enjoy a fresh cut garden salad, rolls and iced tea with your entrée.  No meal is complete without dessert, try an assortment of our homemade brownies, lemon bars and cookies.
